Ritika
Sound Healer · Subconscious Reprogramming Coach · Yoga Nidra Guide
These sessions work at the level of the body - where words cannot always reach. Using sound, vibration, and the deep stillness of yoga nidra, we meet what has been held too long and create the conditions for it to release. You bring yourself exactly as you are.
Chakra Balancing with
Sound Healing
Where vibration meets the energy body
Sound has the power to reach what words cannot. In this session, we work with the body's seven energy centres - the chakras - using the healing frequencies of singing bowls and voice to dissolve what has been held too long. No effort is required. You arrive. You receive. The sound does the rest.
The Practice: Sound as Medicine
The ancient science of the chakras maps the human energy body into seven centres, running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra governs not just physical zones, but emotional states, mental patterns, and our capacity for connection - to ourselves, to others, and to life. When these centres are open and balanced, energy moves through us freely. We feel clear, grounded, and alive. When they are blocked or depleted, we feel that too - in the body, in our relationships, in the way we move through the world.
Sound healing works on the principle of vibrational resonance. Every chakra corresponds to a specific frequency. Singing bowls, tuned to precise musical notes, emit sustained tones that create a sympathetic vibration in the body's energy field. Where there is tension or stagnation, the sound gently dissolves it. Where there is numbness or disconnection, the vibration wakes something back up.
The Seven Chakras
From Muladhara at the root to Sahasrara at the crown, we work through each energy centre - meeting you where your body holds the most, and restoring flow throughout.
Sound Frequencies
Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, each tuned to a specific note and chakra, create resonance that travels through tissue, bone, and the subtle body.
Integration and Rest
After each wave of sound, space is held for the body to absorb what has been released. Rest is as important as the vibration - both are part of the healing.
What a Session Looks Like
You lie down, fully clothed, in a comfortable and safe space. We begin with a short intake conversation - where are you in your body today? What has been present lately? What do you need? From there, you close your eyes and simply receive. Working with singing bowls placed at and around the body, I move from the crown through each chakra in turn. Some bowls are played near the body; some may rest gently on the chest or abdomen. Each energy centre receives sound for several minutes - enough time for the frequency to travel and settle. Sessions close with a period of silence and gentle grounding before we briefly check in together.
This is for you if
- You feel emotionally blocked, anxious, or stuck in recurring loops.
- You carry tension in areas of the body that are hard to shift through movement alone.
- You are moving through a transition and need support landing back in your body.
- You feel deeply depleted and want rest that goes beyond ordinary relaxation.
Your session includes
- A personalised intake to understand your current energetic state.
- A full chakra sound healing using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
- Post-session integration time and any notes on what was observed.
- Available in Berlin (in person) or online.
Yoga Nidra
The art of conscious rest
Yoga Nidra - sometimes called yogic sleep - is not sleep. It is the threshold between waking and dreaming: a state where the nervous system settles completely, the subconscious opens, and deep healing becomes possible. A single session is said to offer rest equivalent to several hours of ordinary sleep. But more than rest, it is a door. Through that door, old patterns soften. What you have been carrying begins, quietly, to loosen.
The Practice: Entering the Space Between
Yoga Nidra works by systematically withdrawing attention from the outer world and guiding awareness through the layers of the body and mind. Unlike meditation, it requires no concentration, no effort, and no prior experience. You simply lie down and follow the voice. The practice moves through distinct stages, each one taking you deeper:
Body Rotation
A systematic journey through the physical body, awakening awareness without movement and releasing held tension at its most fundamental level.
Sankalpa
In the deepest state of receptivity, a personal intention is placed like a seed in fertile ground - where it can take root without resistance or effort.
Hypnagogic State
You are guided to the threshold of sleep - fully aware, fully resting - where transformation occurs most naturally and the subconscious becomes accessible.
Each Session is Woven Around You
There is no standard script here. Each private Yoga Nidra session is created in response to what you are carrying - whether that is anxiety, grief, a need for clarity, creative blocks, or simply deep exhaustion. We begin with a short conversation about what is present. From that, I shape the journey.
- Sessions can be oriented toward rest and nervous system recovery.
- Sessions can focus on emotional release or processing of what has been held.
- Sessions can be built around a specific sankalpa - a seed intention for your life.
- Sessions can support transitions: new chapters, grief, endings, beginnings.
