Why We Gather

Community gathering meets somatic education.

Our monthly circles are intimate spaces in Berlin where deep connection, nervous system care, and practical body-mind education meet. Whether you are looking for deep somatic restoration or meaningful conversation with like-minded women, there is a space held for you.

We keep them small on purpose. The same faces come back each month. Over time, the space becomes familiar, the women become known to you, and showing up starts to feel like coming home.

We are also opening a dedicated studio in Berlin, a permanent home for circles, sound healing, and community gatherings.

"A family of women, built one gathering at a time."

Questions, Answered

Women's circle in Berlin: your questions answered

Here are the questions women ask most before their first women's circle in Berlin. For upcoming dates, see our events page.

What is a women's circle?

A women's circle is a small group of women who meet regularly to slow down, speak honestly, and support one another. In Berlin, our circles gather once a month in a warm, private space. There is no therapy and no teaching. It is simply a steady place to feel seen and to build real friendships.

What happens in a women's circle?

Each circle follows a gentle rhythm. We open together, move through a short meditation or guided reflection, and make space for honest conversation. The Quiet Hour also includes sound and light energy work. The Open Reflection Circle stays closer to conversation over a warm drink. Most women leave feeling lighter and a little less alone.

Do I have to share or speak?

No. You are always welcome to simply listen. Many women spend their first circle mostly quiet, and that is completely fine. You share what you want, when you want, and never more than feels right for you.

Is a women's circle religious or spiritual?

Our circles are not religious and follow no single tradition. Some parts, like meditation and sound, can feel calming or reflective, yet you do not need to believe anything to take part. Come as you are, and bring your own meaning or none at all.

What should I bring as a first-timer?

Bring yourself and, if you like, a notebook and pen. Many women enjoy noting what comes up during the reflections. Wear something comfortable. For The Quiet Hour, a warm layer helps, since you will be resting for part of the evening. Nothing else is needed.

How much does a women's circle cost?

The Open Reflection Circle is free to attend. The Quiet Hour is 25 euro for the full two and a half hour evening. Both gather once a month in Berlin. You can compare all our gatherings on the offerings page.
