Helping overwhelmed women regulate, reconnect and create meaningful change.

SheWhoRests supports women who feel anxious, disconnected or stuck in repeating emotional patterns. We begin with the body - through nervous-system regulation, somatic grounding, breath and sound - then use Magnetic Mind work to shift deeper beliefs, identity patterns and future direction.

Through intimate circles and private 1:1 journeys, women learn to feel safer within themselves, listen to their bodies and create a life that feels more aligned with who they are.

Berlin & Online

Does this sound like you?

You feel something is off, but can't quite name it.

Disconnected from your body. Running by everyone else's clock. Tired in a way that rest doesn't fix. Your body is speaking. You just can't hear it over the noise.

You dream of a different reality. You feel alone in the longing. You need somewhere to speak without being judged, a guiding hand, not more advice.

This is for women who don't yet understand the cyclical nature of their own feminine energy. Who are running like the world expects them to. Who know something is missing but don't know where to look.

Women who are me and you.

You're in the right place.

Rest & Regulation • Women's Body Wisdom • Identity & Expansion

The body is not separate from the mind. Lasting change begins by creating safety in the body, then integrating that with conscious reflection and intentional action. Together these three pillars form the SheWhoRests Method, a whole-cycle path of regulating, rewriting, and anchoring.

01

Rest & Regulation

The body can't heal in a state of alarm. We start here: nervous system regulation, breath, somatic yoga, sound healing and deep rest. So you can actually feel safe enough to change.

02

Women's Body Wisdom

Your body runs on a different rhythm. We explore menstrual awareness, cyclical living, Ayurveda, pelvic floor health and feminine wellbeing. You stop fighting your nature and start working with it.

03

Identity & Expansion

From a regulated body, deeper work becomes possible. Subconscious reprogramming, visualization, Magnetic Mind and values work to help you build a life that actually feels like yours.

Every woman arrives differently.
All paths lead home.

Ritika

Sound Healer · Identity Shift Coach · Yoga Instructor · Women's Circle Facilitator

I spent years feeling disconnected from my own body, running on everyone else's expectations of who I should be. The practices that brought me back - sound healing, yoga, deep identity work - are the same ones I now hold space for in every session and circle.

My work draws from somatics, nervous system regulation, yoga, sound, meditation, and ongoing training in identity and mindset coaching. First, we bring the body back to safety. Then, we rebuild from there. Not with more advice - but with practices that actually land.
