Two women. One shared vision. A space where healing is not a destination - it is a way of living.
I am a sound healer, yoga instructor, identity shift coach, and facilitator of women's circles. I guide through restorative practices, chanting, singing kirtan, sound meditation, and deep identity work - always with the nervous system at the heart of everything.
In 2019, I left India. I moved to a new country with a different language, a different culture - far from my family, far from everything that had ever felt like home. What I didn't anticipate was how completely that uprooting would unravel me.
A year without work. A marriage under strain. Childhood wounds I had never truly faced rushing to the surface all at once. Panic attacks. The kind of darkness where you can no longer see a way forward. There were moments when I didn't want to be here anymore.
What brought me back was not one thing - it was many. Therapy. Counselling. Coaching. But more than anything, it was the decision to build a daily life that actively supported my healing. To stop waiting to feel better and start creating the conditions for it. Consistently. Gently. Without giving up.

Sound, Yoga & Somatic Practice
Sound healing, yoga, kirtan, and chanting are not just tools I teach - they are the practices that held me together when nothing else could. I work with the nervous system's innate capacity to return to safety and presence. Through restorative movement, breath, and sound, we create the conditions for the body to release what the mind has been holding. I have not only studied this work. I have needed it.
Identity Shift & Timeline Work
Once the nervous system has found some ground, the real creation begins. I am obsessed with identity - specifically, how we shift it. You cannot build the life you want from the identity that created the one you have. I guide women to step into the version of themselves who already has what they desire, feel it in the body as real, and anchor it with daily practice. This is not manifestation. This is a total rewrite - from the inside out.
Women's Circles & Community
The circle changed everything for me. Being in a room with women who were also finding their way - not performing, not competing, just being - was medicine I didn't know existed. I facilitate spaces where women can be fully seen and fully heard. Where vulnerability is not weakness but the beginning of real strength. Community is not the supplement to the healing. It is the healing.
Meet Shohre
Shohre is a 500-hour certified Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, and Body-Mind Coach specialising in somatic transformation. Her work is deeply rooted in the energetic principles of Wilhelm Reich, focusing on softening "body armor" to allow for a free flow of vitality and emotional release.
As a multi-instrumentalist with a profound passion for the healing power of music, Shohre uniquely weaves frequency and vibration into her practice. By seamlessly integrating Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Healing into her coaching, she creates a holistic space for clients to return to their body's natural rhythm.
Whether through 1-on-1 sessions or group practices, Shohre is dedicated to guiding others back to a state of presence, inner safety, and resonance.
Somatic Transformation
Drawing on the energetic principles of Wilhelm Reich, Shohre works with the body's held patterns - what Reich called "body armor" - to dissolve the chronic tension that blocks the free flow of vitality. Through somatic bodywork and movement, she guides clients back into felt safety and aliveness.
Sound & Frequency Healing
As a multi-instrumentalist and Sound Healer, Shohre weaves frequency and vibration through every session. Sound is not a backdrop in her work - it is medicine. She uses live instruments, voice, and resonance to bypass the thinking mind and speak directly to the nervous system, allowing deep release and restoration.
Yoga & Breathwork
Shohre's yoga practice is not performance - it is inquiry. Through conscious movement and breathwork, she helps clients reconnect with their body's innate intelligence. Her sessions create a holistic container where the physical, energetic, and emotional layers are invited into harmony, and the body finds its way back to its natural rhythm.
This is not a destination we arrived at. It is a path we walk every day - with practices that keep us anchored, a community that holds us, and a deep trust in the process. Our work is born from this journey. And it is always, still, ongoing.
