A restorative women's wellness retreat combining gentle yoga, sound healing, meditation, singing, movement, and ritual - held in a shared villa near the sea.
Life can be exhausting. You feel like you have a million things to do each day and never enough time to complete any of them. Perhaps you find yourself longing for a chance to catch a break and take a minute or two to be calm, clear, and centered. We are familiar with how it is to have this experience.
The idea for this retreat was based on the truth that self-care should be an aspect of our everyday lives; it is necessary and not something extra. It is taking time out of the busyness of life to listen to and honor your inner voice so you can find peace and clarity.
We believe in the power of taking time for yourself to rediscover the things that truly matter: your health, your happiness, and your peace of mind. Over these 5 nights, you'll feel supported, understood, and inspired to embrace the best version of yourself.
A thoughtfully curated blend of guided practices and free time, allowing each woman to move at her own pace. Sessions are offered as invitations rather than obligations, supporting deep rest, integration, and reconnection without overwhelm.
Because you don't just need a break -
you need transformation.

The retreat begins on Wednesday, 30 September, with arrivals from the afternoon and a gentle opening in the evening, and concludes on Monday, 5 October, after a soft morning and shared breakfast.

"A thoughtfully curated blend of guided practices and free time, allowing each woman to move at her own pace. Sessions are offered as invitations rather than obligations, supporting deep rest, integration, and reconnection without overwhelm."
On our final morning, we gather one last time - not to say goodbye, but to mark what has been completed. Each woman is honoured, witnessed, and sent back into her life carrying something she cannot fully name yet, but will feel every day.
This ritual is the seal of everything we have built together. The intention set on the first evening, fulfilled.
Sound Healer · Yoga Instructor · Circle Facilitator
Ritika is a sound healer, yoga instructor, and facilitator of women's circles. She provides an atmosphere of stillness and calm through restorative practices, chanting, singing kirtan, and meditating with sound. She bases her work on the nervous system's ability to return to a sense of safety and presence and help women re-establish their inner stability.
Medicine Music Singer · Voice Facilitator · AMYKITA
Amy Silver - aka AMYKITA - is a world traveller, medicine music singer and songwriter, facilitator and video editor. Guided by the intensity of her emotions and the spark of her dreams, she creates words and melodies that echo the raw rhythm of life. Her workshops invite participants to reconnect to their authentic selves through embodiment, voice, and mindful expression.
Each day we share three home-style vegetarian meals: a light breakfast, a nourishing brunch after the morning practice, and a warm, grounding dinner. Tea, coffee, fruit, and small snacks are available throughout the day.
Meals are prepared with intention and presence, supporting rest, digestion, and balance. Mealtimes are unhurried and communal - moments to slow down, connect, and enjoy the simple comfort of eating together.
We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences or allergies. Please let us know your needs when you sign up.
